I bought this thing one of the other times it was put up for sale and honestly kind of love it. Wife was skeptical but has become a pizza dough master and loves it as well. Is it the absolute top of the line at home pizza oven? Probably not. I have no clue. But this thing is amazing and we love using it. Have not ordered pizza from anywhere else in months. Would recommend
@olperfesser interesting. How goes the eggplant? Cubes, slices, sautéed first? Or the Asian eggplant that would make smaller slices and tastes a bit different and usually firmer?
@olperfesser@pmarin from personal experience, thin slices can be cooked with the pizza; cubes (unless they’re really small) would have to be prepared beforehand

My very favorite pizza is topped with feta, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and spinach. A layer of mozzarella over the top, naturally.
My next go-to is ham, black olives and bacon with mozzarella. Sometimes I add pineapple.

Roasted eggplant on pizza is awesome. There used to be a naan frozen pizza with roasted eggplant and it was sooooo good.
